My workflow revolves between a Windows PC, MacBook Pro, and an iPad Pro. For the greater part of the last year I was using Parsec exclusively until I needed to get an iPad Pro.

A few years back I used Splashtop which worked pretty great on my iPhone & I am tempted to go back to it, but I was curious to know what other people used before committing.

The reason I liked Parsec so much was how well it performed when I traveled internationally, I was very impressed. I have had trouble with Splashtop when not connected to a local network so doing any meaningful work remotely was impossible. But it's also been years since I'd used it so I'm not sure if things have improved at all
