HD 25 foam disk pad replacement

Hi all My headphones foam is messed up, but the cushions are still in good shape. Do any of you know some diy solution for a new foam disk pad replacement? I have found good prices ones online, but shipment costs 15 times the foam price :( Any help would be much appreciated
