Hey folks:

It's muikku season, and while I've had those delicious fish numerous times from tori kiosks, etc., I've never tried to make them myself.

Can anyone provide a recipe or point me to a good one online. Yes, I know I can google this, but I'm hopeful to get something that has been tried and proven. I'm thinking of the recipe where they are slightly breaded and fried.
