I think it's a no-brainer question: LLC protects against the risk.

However, I heard it requires a partner for registration.

In my to-be setup software app business, I have done everything, and I see no reason to involve another person (Finnish resident - which is even difficult to find and build rapport with, given that I am an English-speaking immigrant here).

Do I have another option? Or a way to circumvent the LLC partner requirement?
