I understand that it is a health and functional capacity check, in order to confirm that the applicant is healthy enough to study and perform work tasks of a specific field.

It is placed in "admission criteria", so I guess it is a document? Maybe a certificate? How do I do this health check? Who should perform it and where? Is it required to be done before applying or during the application?

I'm confused about it. Or is it just me saying that I see myself healthy enough? If anyone had done it previously, please share what is it and how should I do it. Thanks!
