sad part is there are many reactionaries calling these allegations "wokeism" or whatever.
Woke is just another in a long line of code words, like States Rights, and Communist.
It means nothing, except "If you don't join the group think against this thing, then you are betraying republicanism"
This is not what corroborate means, OP. He is not supporting the details of her statement with his own evidence, merely confirming that she made the same statements to him.
he did corroborate the ram part (which she also mentioned in her post), rest is just confirmation yes.

Similar things would happen whenever I requested ANYTHING. I needed more RAM installed in my PC for months because I was expected to edit RED footage.
It took 5 months and a writer being kind enough to do it for me when the numerous requests I sent in were ignored or put off I would go to management for help and get told I could handle it myself.
Eventually I was pulled into a meeting for insubordination because I had gone around the system for requesting RAM after I was ignored for months and dealing with my PC crashing and losing work daily
if her request was denied that makes sense to be honest.
