Well it’s (potential) consequences for some of the people involved in setting up the schemes and handling money in transit.

The people who own the money? They’re off in other schemes, better hidden (thanks Panama papers), shuffling their wealth around into other countries.

If a person launders money, then using that money, he launders even more money later, that must be compound sentence right? Like 10%, 21%, 33%. How does this multiple offense work?

Can one use e^x for continuous offense penalty?
