So I've read the CoC Content Warning policy in the announcements community and wanted to make sure of something to avoid making a mistake in my first post. In 5.1.1, there is:

Any NSFW content, including real or artistic (digital or otherwise), must be behind a content warning message. NSFW content includes, but is not limited to: nudity, sex, kink, and the discussion of such.

To be absolutely clear, should furry nudity absent of any, ahem, "parts" on display be tagged NSFW?

From my knowledge in regards to how furries usually tend to label "nudity", if it's just fur/etc. rather than anatomical parts, it's usually leaned towards as being SFW. Although more specific things may vary, and different groups or communities might vary in their exact definition of what would count as NSFW, but generally what I've said tends to be the case in my experience.

If genitals aren't exposed, I consider the fur to be the clothes covering them. As long as it meets the other criteria of not inciting to arouse or be overtly sexual, it really should be fine.

👋 Official stance on this would be that furry nudity (that is, just fur, no clothes) would be classified as SFW so long as no genitals are present. Any nudity showing bulges, sheathes, etc, would be considered NSFW.
