badposting is a comm where you post badly

This is not a [email protected] alternative. This is not a [email protected] alternative. This is a place for you to post your bad posts.

Ever had a really shitty bit idea? Joke you want to take way past the point of where it was funny? Want to feel like a stand-up comedy guy who's been bombing a set for the past 30 minutes straight and at this point is just saying shit to see if people react to it? Really bad pun? A homemade cringe concoction? A cognitohazard that you have birthed into this world and have an urge to spread like chain mail?

Rules:

  1. Do not post good posts.
    • Unauthorized goodposting is to be punished in the manner of commenting the phrase "GOOD post" followed by an emoji that has not yet been used in the thread
    • Use an emoticon/kaomoji/rule-three-abiding ASCII art if the rations run out
  2. This is not a comm where you direct people to other people's bad posts. This is a comm where you post badly.
  3. This rule intentionally left blank.
  4. If you're struck for rule 3, skill issue, not allowed to complain about it.

Code of Conduct applies just as much here as it does everywhere else. Technically, CoC violations are bad posts. On the other hand: L + ratio + get ~~better~~ worse material bozo

The question is "If up is down and short is long, what is purple?"
the choices are:
a: red, short wavelengths become long
b: indeterminate, up and down being equivalent means at least one spatial dimension has disappeared, compressing mater into disks that will collapse into black holes and also changes electrodynamics
c: logical contradiction, the universe ceases to exist and there is no purple
d: just wait for the drugs to wear off.

I think d has to be a trick answer, since it is too obvious. But I don't remember the lectures covering logical non-existence or 2D universes.

Should be green, the complementary color. Always hate when they don't include the real answer.

Probably a then, because up is down means that Santa would go up rather than down chimneys, causing a classic Christmas inversion.

You're probably right, b is the answer. Just as the eggs in an omelette take on a semi-2D representation at the bottom of a pan, a universe this contradictory and complex will fry into a 2D mess.

Obviously C

You can't make an omelette without breaking an egg, and you can't 'invert' the spatial dimensions of an egg without breaking the universe

makes sense, it's like Sagan said. "To make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe" but in reverse.

Purple has 6 letters, up is one and short is 2 so 8 like the sides of a pyramid, depending the instructor day of the week and hour, what color socks you're wearing I'd go with c in most universes.

Honestly, that sounds more like a metametametaphysical calculation.

Interesting, looking into it.
