I have a dream machine connected to a network with 8 mesh routers spread throughout a campsite. For some reason half the mesh routers have gone down and are showing as adoption failed. Here are some things I've discovered so far and would like some help troubleshooting.
- I can SSH into every UAP-AC-M from a raspberry pi connected to the network, ones listed as "adoption failed" have the non-default ubnt/ubnt credentials. I have done a fresh firmware update on all the devices
- I can factory reset the UAP-AC-M and receive default credentials, it will show up on unifi.ui.com as ready for adoption, but then fails to adopt.
- Mesh routers that are actively connected can curl 10.0.0.1:8080/inform, routers that are marked adoption failed get a timeout when querying /inform
- If I try to SSH from inside the UDM to a mesh router marked "adoption failed" I get a timeout, but I can connect to the same router from the rpi no problem
- If I pull down the mesh router and hardwire it to the network, the UDM can pick it up, adopt it, and provision it
Any help would be appreciated on any other steps I could take.
