This article was just and update what we did so far. If you would like to know more about our project, then you can read the main article here: https://hive.blog/hive-186377/@cbrsphilanthropy/helping-a-school-in-venezuela-and-creating-a-hive-hub
The classroom is now repaired and the next step is to buy computers. After that we will order internet and pay for the period if 6 months. After 6 months with the help of posting articles on Hive Social platform and earning rewards they should be able to pay for internet themselfs.
We have Teachers in line to start teaching these kids online. One of them is Ernesto from EsquelitaBitcoin.
Very cool. I hope you guys will continue spreading this project all over the country and beyond. With the next generation being fully crypto/web3 literate the tyrants will no longer be able to control and abuse the people with their monetary scams.
So it has nothing to do with web3? That's good.
Update: they want to exploit their funding by using it to influence the curriculum to teach web3 tech to the kids in the school :(
You are really negative 🙂 Everything what we will teach kids in the classroom will be web3 related.
It is most likely an angry communist. This is the filthy mentality and ideology that has destroyed Venezuela and is working on destroying so many other nations.
Communism was invented by the banker parasitical class to dupe people into giving up all control of their lives and handing it over to a centralized power in the name of "equality" and "free stuff" which is always owned behind the scenes by international bankers. Once they have control they slowly bleed the victim population dry of all wealth while implementing increasingly tyrannical measures and turning the place into a hellish existence.
Crypto and especially Monero is here to peacefully put these parasites back in their place, that is with minimal power and influence by allowing individuals to control their currency and thus destiny.
Why? You're talking on a federated platform that solves all of the problems with centralized infrastructure and has none of the issues with block chain infrastructure.
Blockchains make sense for ledgers, not for web infrastructure.
Why does it matter where we talk about our project? What matters is what we will teach kids in the classroom.
And yet again, you did not read the article and have no clue what our goals are.
I rad.the article. Mostly what I got out of it was paint, door security, money, and web3 nonsense
Not the updates, but the article where we explain what we want to achieve. This is where you can find the main info about the project.
Because of Hive (web3) social media platform the school will become self-sustainable. Not only will they post articles there and get rewarded, but they will get feedback from communities who will guide and teach them. We have teachers who will teach about Bitcoin and the history explaining what is money, explain blockchain, privacy, if kids wanna learn programming we can do that as well and then guide them to build simple blockchain related tools... the idea is to learn them as much as possible web3 related.
And this will be my last message to you cause I see you are very negative and just don't care.
At least we are trying to do something and putting our energy and time into this project helping others. So, shame on you for not caring and only looking at this from the negative side.
Just teach the kids the normal curriculum. Give them money to fix their school without strings attached. Youre no better than evangelical Christians
