hey folks, I tried to singup the car sharing app, MILES.

I'm a foreigner, has the Belgium resident permit which I used it as ID to apply MILES.

I'm not sure why my account got immediately suspended (like locked) but trying to unfreeze it.

Anyone could shine a tip?
