Bij deze vraag gaat het niet om de rijpheid of de kleur maar de verschillende opties in de supermarkt.

Kopen jullie een zakje met 5 kleine avocado’s of losse grote avocado’s van bijna een euro per stuk? Er zijn ook nog de opties ready to eat en biologisch maar die heb ik al afgeschreven.

Ik wil weten bij welke optie je het meest waar krijgt voor je geld met name op voedingswaarden.
