I am reaching out regarding a significant legal challenge we are currently facing, which is slated for resolution before the London High Court in February 2025.

Client name? Legal expertise required? Jurisdiction and venue? Estimated legal hours required? Retainer available? Trial or motion practice needed? Reason for not being able/willing to pay traditionally?

Moreover, how do you envision the pay structure in a work on commission, no win no fee arrangement, for a settlement negotiation? What is winning a settlement? Traditionally a good settlement leaves all parties feeling as if they have been somewhat screwed over.

Client name: can’t put here. Legal expertise: IP Copyright and contract law Retainer: yes Trail / motion - as mentioned above, the opposition has offered us a settlement, we are looking to counter offer and begin the negotiations. If we cannot reach an agreement, the high court date is for February 2025 therefore, we would need representation for the settlement and possibly a trial. Reason for not willing to pay: We have already exhausted over 3,000,000 pounds with our current firm and gotten nowhere.
