Hey All,

Hoping someone can help me out here. I'm running endeavouros with an amd card (rx580). Up until last night everything was running normally, I was playing elite when suddenly the game completely froze up and crashed after dropping into a graphically intensive area (that previously worked fine).

Trying to log back into the game leads me to the same situation, the game slowly loads in at a few frames over a couple minutes before freezing entirely, along with kde. I'm forced to shutdown the computer with the power button to restart.

I'm at a loss for how this issue started. Other games work completely fine.

I've tried dumping all my graphics settings, jumping back to a previous timeshift backup, full system update, and nothing seems to be fixing it. I'm able to load into the main menu just fine to change settings.

I'm wondering if it is a driver issue, I have multiple drivers installed due to needing davinci resolve.

If anyone has a clue where I can look to fix this please let me know, I'm a few hours deep into troubleshooting and starting to pull my hair out. Happy to post the crash log if that is helpful, also happy to provide any more information that would be helpful, I'm just not sure what exactly is needed.

Thank you!
