New to NAS: How to read/write to a specified disc? (zerobytes.monster)

I set up my Asusor with two single drives. However, can can't find any option to specify paths to either disc. Only Volume 1 shows up in File Explorer and in Windows. I'm about ready to give up and go with JBOD, but I'd rather use them independently.
