Where do non caged parakeets live in the wild?
Budgerigar live in the wild through most of Australia. In some areas they roam in their thousands. wiki
I suspect they may have a few flying around in Florida, the invasive species state.
So that's why they are also called budgies
I understand it means "pretty good eating" in Aboriginie. >:)
Wild budgies are native to Australia
