Isn't that kind of par for the course? Only the truly high end (private) facilities actually care about their patients. The others are pretty much asylums of old with a slight veneer of legitimacy.

Having experience with a private assisted living facility that cost about $10,000 per month, I can tell you they don't give much of a shit, either.

Oh I have no doubt, but the results are still better if only because these places have more recources at their disposal than the truly abysmal ones.
