Best back-end language for writing shit that just works, with no additional set-up or packages required == ~~banana~~ PHP!

For real, PHP gets a lot of shit, but it’s pretty good I think. It’s got classes, allows for importable modules, there’s a decent package manager, testing frameworks. I think maybe the only thing missing that other languages have is async/await.
