Has anyone DRS’ed for the first time (making a new account) recently recall how long it took for their first letter to arrive?

Older posts said up to 6 weeks but that was during covid times. Is it still the same now?

And I can’t seem to call computershare successfully either. Anyone have the latest number and working hours handy? Thanks!!!
