Original Title: 34 y.o. single, 100M/month income, with an real estates asset 12B (passive income 25jt), 1.B emergency fund+saving, and 550jt in stock and bound (6.5-8% rate). Does my exit strategy in 5 year is a solid one?

sorry confusing title, M=million/juta, B=billion/milyar, jt=juta

I have 6 properties and most of them located in in Karawaci, while others is in Jakarta and Kawasan Industri Cikarang. After surveying the area and looking at the current passive income from the asset, I think I can potentially fasten my plan to retire early.

My plan is to keep working for another 5 years while the emergency fund + saving to maximize the value of my assets (currently rented as land/old house, a very shabby kos-kosan or just empty lot).

The 1st phase is building a cafetaria/food court (cost 250M, potential income 130M/Y)

2nd phase then ruko+kos kosan (cost 700M, potential income 190M/Y)

3rd phase is kos kosan (cost 450M, potential income 95M/Y)

4th phase is kontrakan in premium area (Cost 2B, potential income 350M/Y).

I will be working on 1st & 2nd phase in 2023-2024, 3rd phase in 2025, 4th phase will be on 2026, after the potential income reach 426M/Y. I'm currently living overseas and manage to save around 420M/Y (living cost is hella expensive)

Total passive income will be around 750M/Y for my retirement goal. Do you think that this is a solid & comfortable exit plan to retire in Indonesia? I'm gonna live with my only sibling using this fund and we both not interested in having kids (I think we both had a traumatic childhood that made us disinterest in having family).

I'm thinking of doing consulting on the side too in case we need extra money. Have a solid portfolio project in USA & Mexico (mostly real estate) that I can use when I'm retire at 39 in Indonesia.
