Hey man, don't forget not all depression meds come from psychologist. I was dealing with some hard core depression that would seem to come in waves throughout the year. Months an months of wanting to eat a bullet. I finally went to the doctor after I almost did eat one. To my surprise the regular doctor prescribed me some SSRIs that really seem to be doing the trick. My longest episode sense has only been a week or 2.

Not all help comes from expensive psychs man. I hope you get all your peices to fit together, it takes time, a lot of time. Try to hang in there my man.
