I know it's fairly simple to make but I haven't taken a stab yet. Do you mind sharing your recipe for the granola?

My wife has been making this for nearly as long as we've been married and I've never seen her use a recipe; sorry. Sometimes I get some of the ingredients for her; this one has dried cranberries, coconut flakes, and pumpkin seeds.

I aspire to be like your wife and be able throw it all together. My family loves granola with yogurt, so I need to practice. I have everything but the cranberries on hand. Sounds delicious, thank you!

I generally follow this recipe, but normally do about double the amount of oats for the quantity of honey and oil, as I'm looking for it to be a bit less sweet and a bit drier. You can add anything after it's cooked, and before it's cooled - I normally add loads of sultanas and dried cranberries, and a dried tropical fruit mix. I also sometimes mix in some desiccated coconut.

Mmm, had to look up sultanas but they sound like a great addition! My kids like it sweeter of course, but I love the mix of dried fruit and crunch. Will have to play around with it some, but thanks for sharing!

Thanks. Daughter took the photo, I held the reflector (white printer paper).

I just had oatmeal, but it didn't look half as good as this.
