I've never seen a cat ever with this type of coat. Could you give an explanation possibly?

His fur or his actual coat/shirt? His fur is because he is a sphynx breed that have varying amounts of nakededness. His coat/shirt is something my wife made for him because he doesn’t have alot of fur and this keeps him warm
