If you're getting hardware that's going to run hot. It's going to run hotter in both these cases. But the T1 has more options for cooling.

I decided to get the R200 then upgrade to the T1 later. It just seemed better, I just fear that it won't be big enough for the future gen GPUs.
TBH, I have never built an SFF PC, but I have built quite some PC's over the years: 2 gaming desktops for myself, and 3 for family. All different chassis in ATX or mATX form factor.
The most important aspects of a case for me, which determined my satisfaction with it afterward, were ease of building and looks. Or at least how much the user appreciates the looks.
Go for the Terra!
EDIT: I put the wrong word, Terra is the one where you like the looks better and it's easier to build in it. That's what matters!
