I ask knowing the answer is probably no and they blamed the victim.
You'll know whenever a cop is disciplined. It'll be major news and their "union" will be screaming about it. Generally it doesn't happen unless the cop manages to hurt someone powerful. Internal discipline in the vast majority of US police department is reserved for those who harm the department by doing things like reporting crimes committed by officers.
