Yup, thats what I tried doing.
Did u install Floorp as a flatpak? Is the plasma browser integration working? I could me it work unfortunately. Same with some other issues like it could keep the preferences of dark mode in my Firefish instance for example.
If the browser doesn't work for you, an alternative might be LibreWolf (https://librewolf.net).
