Each Sphinx Station would have a Stalin AI that would turn on secretly and record everything and send it back to the KGB. Apple, Google and Amazon were so inspired by this that they incorporated the same technology into their smart AI features

Soviet aesthetics were such a vibe. Just one of many reasons I wish they'd survived and computerized.
