These do look good. Probably the best redesign in recent memory. Perfect marriage between minimalism and old school fun.

Nike has done a great job with the alternates.
nike does not exclusively design the uniforms. I'm not sure how much input they actually have, I assume most of it is up to the teams. some teams have local artists do the design like KITH, Hueman, Big Sean.
