Hi, I’m Jackie. I am mostly your average trans furry tech enthusiast… but I have a little more going on! Instead of a libreboot thinkpad, I use a libreboot MacBook, instead of using arch, I use Debian, instead of bspwm, I use i3… nah that’s about it actually. Uh I’m 22 and my pronouns are she/her. Anyways feel free to contact me on matrix if you want to chat and that’s about it.

I still wouldn't recommend Debian as a desktop distro ;). I know that Debian 12 is pretty up-to-date right now, but it will fall back, after some time. This dude on YouTube summarizes it better.

Do you know Xenia? I'm sure she'll resonate with you :).

Also, since not all here are techies, do you mind introducing your sona?

Welcome! It's always nice to see a fellow tech enthusiast.

@[email protected] has set up a Matrix room for furry sysadmins and developers and still haven't gotten around to advertise it properly, ahrg! I will do so soon, though. Had to sort out lemmy issues yesterday and today.
