used RIF for 7 years, tried using the official app but RIF was just so much better. when i uninstalled it two weeks out of protest, it really felt like i had to say goodbye to an old friend. i do enjoy lemmy, but...
I'm a RiF refugee too. Used it for almost a decade, now that it's gone I find the official app to be very difficult to use.
The Fediverse has been really cool and I'm glad I took the jump. I was apprehensive at first, but I've found Lemmy to be pretty fun so far!
I think this is the only poppinkream I've ever seen that doesn't have citations all over it.
Just gonna throw one up for the dark mode homies. Good bye rif, you will be missed.
