What the title says. In the past there was a Kodi addon but not sure it is still online and maintained. I prefer a solution like an app or addon to install it on an Android tv box. Thanks!

I'd also be very interested. There's an m3u playlist you can find very easily on GitHub but that one barely works, stuttering or endlessly buffering most of the time

Yup, that is correct. In the past NHK World had an Android app, but no more.

Hmm. If it needs to be live, something like red pill media may have japanese content.

I have a similar problem wanting to watch Dutch and German TV. I just gave in and found a couple of good Usenet indexers for each Language, and just host a plex media library for both. With a radarr container for each language.
