That this is about selling houses and not about tipping them over is disappointing...

That it isn't a Sims game about famous dolphins is a crime...

The reason I posted this pic is house flipping is a terrible practice and this lame ass game is glorifying it

Have you played the games? The vast majority of it is just home decorating. It's more of a house cleaning/ decorating sim than anything else.

It also doesn't glorify selling houses. It idolizes giving someone the best home for their lifestyle.

I hate landlords and corporations owning single-family homes, but house flipper isn't either of those things.

I am curious why it is considered such a terrible practice? A lot of people don't want to spend time and effort renovating an old property (nor do they have the knowledge or experience to do it well) so there is a market for old but already "fixed up" houses and there are people that make a living doing just that.

The vast majority of house flippers are not doing any kind of real renovation on properties. They are painting, putting on new fixtures, and putting in carpet, and then selling the property for 50% more than their purchase price.

It's making less and less affordable homes in the middle of a housing crisis. It's predatory.
