It's a preregistration at the moment, the app is not available just yet

How does this compare to Jerboa?

If it’s anything like Sync for Reddit, it’s going to be the best Lemmy app for Android.

People should expect these reddit apps to be buggy when they come out. I loved both apps but I think people have pretty unrealistic expectations for sync and boost. The established lemmy apps have a big head start in getting those bugs worked out.

I care more about usability and aesthetics than some federation bugs. Sync is unparalleled in that department.

Can't wait, deleted my Reddit app, and I keep instinctively trying to go back to it when I'm bored (Even though my Account is nuked and the app is gone)

Is it going to be on Fdroid? Does anyone know?

That's a shame. It's it not open source?

Ahhh OK. It can't be on fdroid then. Still, very nice app

I know work is being done (albeit in a couple places) on getting Infinity to work with Lemmy too. It will definitely be nice to see these Reddit apps be converted to Lemmy apps!

Went searching for this to pre-register and noticed another Lemmy app, has anyone tried "Thunder for Lemmy"?

Edit: There's another one called "Summit for Lemmy" as well

I use Thunder currently and find it to be the best for my usage. Although I get it directly from its GitHub rather than Google play
