This is one of my favourites. Do you create art in any way for coping or sth else?

My art of choice is knitting. It's not an art by its traditional definition when I'm following someone else's pattern, but it's "creative" in the sense that I'm generating something beautiful out of nothing. I rarely paint because I'm not very good at it, but when I do, I enjoy the feeling I get. I think art is s huge coping tool.

Art/creativity really is grounding, and can help you get away from the shitty thoughts for a little bit
