Yeah the rubber monstrosities are just bad looking. I took them off to clean and straighten some minor issues but after removing them I couldnt bring myself to bolt them back on.

Damn OP, that blue color complements your MGB really well.
And this is unrelated, but I'm very glad to see a MG that isn't a disguised SAIC car lol. Where I live, I see Chinese SAIC-owned MGs all the time which gets stale pretty fast.
