Keep seeing these thin black chocker looking things on art. What are those? Are they real it just something made up by artists?

They're just chokers? Not sure exactly what you meant by what are those. You can find black chokers of different sizes online.

I'd guess they usually show up in art as an easy way to make a neck stand out and/or to make a character be a little sluttier (that's usually my reason for putting them)
