Strange, for me nothing is blurred (using Jerboa 0.0.34 from F-Droid).

Blur is currently broken for Android < 12

No, it hasn't been implemented yet neither in the web nor Jerboa.

Nope, I don't think that's a feature in Lemmy currently.
