I recently got myself a Samsung TV again. I stayed away from Samsung since their TV Always had trouble connecting. Now again years later still the same problem. The Samsung TV says WiFi not available while everything else works flawless. Chromecast works, phone works, other TVs work, PC just this stupid Samsung TV isn't working.

Not looking for a answer or help just being annoyed. I already tried a lot and I'm not willing to do anything else when this is the only thing not working on the network. Chromecast with Google TV is on it's way for this TV now so I don't have to deal with shitty Samsung wifi.

Have you had similar problems?

Not exactly the same issue but I've also had problems with wifi on my Samsung TV.

We bought one back in maybe 2015 and the internet was really slow and unstable. Dropped all the time. I bought a Roku just to avoid dealing with it.

This year my parents bought another Samsung TV after the old one died. 8 years later and they still don't have a good wifi connection. For example, Prime Video will lag and have low resolution on the TV but will play perfectly fine at 4k on the Roku.

Bought an LGTV and haven't had much problems with it for apps and wifi

Wi-Fi is also horrible on my bedroom TCL TV and my living room LG C1.

Basically, WiFi sucks on all smart TVs. They use very cheap SOCs and internal adaptors.
