We didn't loose electricity but WOW the thunder last night shook the house

Power was restored at 5:20 pm. Outage was almost 10 hours for us, which is really unusual. Must have blown up something serious...

A few summers ago lightning struck my neighbours gazebo and blew a hole in the roof. Bits of gazebo were on my roof, in my backyard. A bunch of appliances died in the house during that strike, notably my microwave.
