Kinda wild that internships can be unpaid at all.

So if the article is correct, ~70% of students are females, ~75% of males get paid internships and ~50% of females are paid interns.

Simple math time!

Lets pretend there are 100 students.

30 male -> 22 get paid internship; 70 female -> 35 get paid internship

What is the problem here? Are we mad that more paid internships dont exist? That females dont have 2x more paid internships than males? That the spread is not 75% females get paid internships? Females are getting more paid internships than males stop complaining that the job marketplace is not 100% in your favor.
