I think this is an excellent card, and I would love to run this in UW control. I think you may even be able to get away with making it an instant.

Feels kind of overcosted, but I guess the modality demands that. Really cool card, I would love to play this in my cubes UW control archetype.
Love this card, looks real too. Very nice design!
I think it could probably be 4cmc (2UW) as a sorcery considering the escalate cost is 2cmc each. [[Sublime Epiphany]] is kind of comparable; it costs 1 more than your version but it's in 1 color and an instant, and you get all of its modes. Granted those are much more situational than this one.
