Nice to see Frieren still staking her claim at the top with a title drop episode. We had two big movers this week with Shut-In Vampire Princess and Dark Gathering both jumping double digit spots. I am not watching either, so I wonder what prompted those moves. Also, I know several people will be glad to see Shangri-La Frontier moving up in the top 10. Seems like the quality hasn't dropped off as the season has went.
Spy x Family really fell off in popularity. Just checked season 1 part 1 was the 3rd best anime of Spring 2022 with 9.12% of the votes, now it barely makes the top 10.
Sucks to see Pluto in Netflix jail near the bottom of the full list. I just finished it a few days ago. It was hardly a perfect anime but it definitely deserves more attention.
I guess it has something to do with it fully releasing at day one. Usually following the schedule of 1-episode-a-week works because it delivers just enough material to focus the discussion into, and enough time so social media can do the magic and help spread the popularity (in the best of cases, that is).
I definitely prefer this release format since I can't stand waiting a week for each episode (and forgetting is easier since I got other stuff to think about), hopefully appearing at netflix's front page aids with its popularity.
