Idea: due to capital tending to concentrate anyway, we should just institute Highlander rules for anyone with a net worth over say $2M. There can be only one.
if I was president I would make an executive order legalizing the murder of anyone with a networth of over 1.5 million. If you kill them, you get half their net income, and the other half is taxed.
