I had no idea going into spider-verse that it was only a part one. Left me really disappointed when we hit the end with no payoff. Reminded me of Halo 2

I had no idea till you said it here, so I'll hold off on watching it till part 2 is closer.

Yeah, same here. Then I read that part 2 was delayed longer than expected because of the strikes and it was even worse.
