So another government report that says they had full access to every level of government R&D, and that it's not extraterrestrials. For me that has as much value as the proverbial paper it's written on. In other words, very little.
Given that there are projects that not even the President has access to (and according to at least one former president that he was denied access to when in office), I highly doubt AARO was really given unfettered access to everything. More likely, they were given access to some programs, and then they were patted on the head and assured that was everything. And they said, without really questioning, "oh cool, thanks!"
How do they explain the very credible reports from experienced military personnel who encountered things that defied the laws of physics? Saying the vast majority of reports contained no empirical or actionable evidence is fair enough. But what about the small percentage that do?
Also, an interesting observation that they repeatedly state that such encounters are not extraterrestrial in nature. That's fair enough. But what about extra-dimensional? Or other potential explanations that fall outside the scope of black ops or skunk works government projects.
