This is where you come to post big-brained hot takes by chuds, libs, or even fellow leftists, and tear them to itty-bitty pieces with precision dunkstrikes.

There's something to the argument that the Pacifc war was one imperial power clapping back against another for stepping on their turf.
...therefore, defect to imperial Japan and do atrocities with them instead??
This is just the dumbest "America is bad therefor the opposite of America is good" kind of take. That heuristic is a decent starting point, but you do have to use your brain a little bit.
There really is a reason most people say anti Americanism is correct 99.999999999% of the time. This is that .000000001 time.
