I made a whole cycle of these lands, because I didn't think 12post was a problem and I want to see it happen again in legacy.
Maybe make them basic lands so that they're searchable?
Maybe if it entered untapped and still added C, but then it's very much on the strong side. Or if there was a heavy focus on colorless mana in the set it could be decent on limited.
Maybe give it basic types but throw on cycling or something...?
Maybe make it tap for green or colorless? It’d be fetchable and have colorless upside in a set where that’s a theme/need.
I agree without something more it’s just a bad forest.
You know, I could possibly see that combination on a desert being acceptable.
Even then, why would you want this instead of a basic forest?
