This topic came up at work and my coworkers of all genders had no answer. Never met or heard of one.

Yeah Idk if that's fair... I guess it's only because nobody wants to be seen sticking up for feet enjoyers.

Yeah, I think it's the ick factor that works against the feet dudes. Anyone defending them will be seen as one of them.
