I think what pisses me off the most about stuff like this is that they want to charge the mom for murder if she got an abortion but when her kid dies 15 years later he's only worth a 100k fine.

That makes perfect sense actually. The whole point of anti abortion laws is to create cheap labor that can be brutally exploited. If your business relies on destitute kids to be exploited, then you want to force mothers to carry their pregnancies to term.
